These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LambyLand, an online game operated by 7Days Developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By using LambyLand, you agree to these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian permission, to use LambyLand.
- Players under 13 require verified parental consent before creating an account.
- You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
You agree not to:
- Post or share content that is harassing, threatening, bullying, obscene, or offensive
- Use inappropriate or offensive usernames
- Share personal information (passwords, real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails) with other players
- Cheat, hack, scam, or use unauthorized third-party software
- Attempt to trade or sell virtual items outside the game's official systems
Use in-game reporting tools to report players who violate these rules. We investigate all reports.
- We own all rights to LambyLand, including characters, artwork, music, and virtual items.
- We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use LambyLand for personal, non-commercial use.
- Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of LambyLand.
We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
- All purchases are final unless a refund is granted at our sole discretion.
- Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings.
LambyLand is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of LambyLand. Our total liability shall not exceed $5.00.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
